Hi, I’m Anne-Claire!

I am a coach and trainer for coaches,
an author, a naturopath, a creator of empowerment
and awakening programs, on a mission to help humanity
live a little more from the heart space every day.

I am here on Earth to help humanity transform, reconnect with its power, and co-create meaningful change.

I haven’t always been this confident… Anxious since childhood, I discovered naturopathy about ten years ago while seeking solutions for significant sleep and stress issues. At the time, I was burdened by inner blockages and saw myself as a victim of my circumstances. Hitting rock bottom at 28, I embarked on multiple training journeys with little idea of what I would uncover or how my career path would evolve alongside my personal growth.

In addition to earning my naturopathic certification, I have pursued extensive training in emotional release, personal and professional development, energetics, and coaching. This ongoing inner work continues to make me deeply happier and freer every day.

After successfully transitioning to naturopathy and building a thriving practice, publishing over 12 books, creating online programs, and living enriching experiences in many parts of the world, I chose in 2019 to primarily support those who are dedicated to helping others. My clients and students share a common mission: contributing to awakening and empowerment in service to humanity.

I have spent a great deal of time in therapy, exploring different healing techniques, and immersing myself in personal growth. For both my clients and myself, I have completed dozens of trainings and devoured countless books, driven by a thirst for knowledge and transformation.

Looking back, I wish I had discovered earlier what I’ve learned during these exciting years: I am the creator of my experience. Through my choices and actions, I shape my life. So much time was spent fighting against life, instead of approaching it with curiosity and co-creating with it!

Today, I fully understand the depth of my own power, and I now guide others who are ready to reconnect with theirs. Through my own journey, I have discovered that there are faster, more effective ways to achieve the desired results than what I experienced in my early days—solutions that serve both the individual and those they seek to help.

My vocation was born the day I chose to take myself by the hand, truly care for myself, offer myself love, and take full responsibility for my healing and growth. That’s when I began to dance with the infinite field of possibilities! Since then, I have had the privilege of helping thousands of people take charge of their lives—individuals who, in turn, empower others daily to reclaim their personal power and connect to the immense potential of creation within their own lives. Together, we form a beautiful tapestry of souls, moving forward for humanity—daring to embrace vulnerability, raise our voices, and create the most beautiful world our hearts know is possible.

What a joy it is to wake up each day (without an alarm clock!) and witness these incredible transformations.
