Hi, I’m Anne-Claire!
I am a coach and trainer for coaches,
an author, a naturopath, a creator of empowerment
and awakening programs, on a mission to help humanity
live a little more from the heart space every day.
I am here on earth to help humanity transform, reconnect with its power and co-create change.
I have not always been so confident... Anxious since childhood, I encountered naturopathy about ten years ago while trying to solve important sleep and stress issues. Full of inner blockages (I thought I was a victim of my circumstances), I hit rock bottom at 28 years old and started several training cycles. I had no idea what I would discover, nor that my career path would evolve with me. In addition to my naturopathic certification, I have taken numerous trainings in emotional release, personal and professional development, energetics and coaching. This inner work makes me deeply happier and freer everyday.
After a successful transition to naturopathy, a thriving practice, more than 10 books published in just 4 years, online programs and life experiences in many places around the world, I have chosen in 2019 to accompany mainly those who wish to help others. My clients and students have in common that they contribute to the service of awakening and empowerment.
For me, I spent a lot of time in therapy and discovering different healing techniques. For my clients and myself, I have followed dozens of trainings, I have swallowed books, eager for knowledge and transformation. I wish I had discovered earlier what I have discovered during these exciting years... I am the creator of my experience: by my choices and my actions, I design my life. So much time spent fighting against life instead of meeting it with curiosity and co-creating with it!
Today I have understood the extent of my power and I accompany people who are ready to reconnect to their own power. I have learned through my journey that there are faster and more effective ways to get the desired results than what I experienced in my early days, solutions for oneself and for those one helps.
My vocation was born the day I took myself by the hand, decided to really take care of myself, give myself love and take full responsibility for my healing and growth. Then I started dancing with the infinite field of possibilities! Since then I have helped thousands of people to take charge of themselves, who themselves help people every day to reclaim their personal power and connect to the immense potential of creation for their lives. A great weaving of souls moving forward together for humanity, daring to contact their vulnerability, carry their voices and create the most beautiful world their hearts know is possible.
What a joy it is to wake up each day (without an alarm clock!) and witness all these beautiful transformations. Live from the heart space and thrive. If you want to create from the space of the heart, you've come to the right place! Over the course of the episodes, I choose to explore alone or with guests what makes us choose the path of the heart. The themes are around beliefs, intuition, our healings, and taking action! I especially like to talk about contributing from the heart space, and starting to thrive in all areas of our lives when we do.
